Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure that tasks are organized, progress is tracked, and communication is smooth. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

  • Track progress using project management tools and help ensure deadlines are met.

  • Document project requirements, updates, and reports.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Help identify and escalate potential risks or delays.

  • Support the facilitation of Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint reviews.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

Roles

  • Work under the guidance of a senior project manager.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Support the monitoring of project KPIs and quality standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in processes and delivery.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, internship, or assistant project management roles.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certifications are a bonus but not required.

  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
